This page allows you to set up and manage important details about your organization. Keeping this information accurate ensures seamless communication, billing, and service management within the portal.

# Major account owner

The user who creates the Organization (Tenant) at first is the major account owner. This can't be changed later by other administrative accounts. The major Account owner can only be changed from the HXA.io Support Team.

# Company information

• Organization Name Enter your official organization name. This will be your primary identifier within the system.

• Address and Contact Information Provide your physical address, main phone number, and country information. Accurate contact details help us stay connected with your organization.
